Galaxy Note 4

It's a bit crazy to realize that I have been in Korea for over two years already, going on my third year. What is crazier, however, is that I have kept the same phone all this time. Isn't it? I don't know how I did it. It was a good phone. But I have wanted the better version since it came out. My theory with phones is that the odd numbers are the lab rats, with all the new technologies, but full of bugs to be fixed. The even number, however, are the real thing. They keep the last technology from the previous number, fix the bugs, and improve little details that make using the phone so much more enjoyable.
Amen.
So I had a Samsung (sorry Nexen, you don't make phones so it's not like I could buy yours...) Galaxy Note 2, and I jumped to Note 4. I suppose Note 5 will come out next summer, but I'll stick to my theory and be happy with my even-numbered phone.

I asked for a hot pink case.
That failed. Or maybe, just like the rest of the Internet, the phone seller had a broken eyesight and saw black and blue instead of white and gold.
Unlike both ugly dresses, however, I like the outcome of this weird response to my hot pink request. It is, afterall, Nexen's colors. I guess I'll say hell with hot pink for this time.
I am still learning to use the phone, but so far, everything I've discovered about it is really nice. Starting with the cameras. The camera at the back of the phone takes really good quality pictures, and the - now it's official, the front camera is called the 'selfie' camera - front camera is basically meant to take nice selfies. It automatically seems to enhance facial traits and appears to smoothen the skin. It adjusts to light and focuses much more easily on targets than the cameras I've used so far.
See for yourself.

Now, I'm going to sleep. I was way too optimistic in thinking that I was energetic enough to write more than an insignificantly short blog entry this late.
Good night.
It's Saturday, but I'm going to sleep at 11pm.
Amen.
